I received a broken item, my mezzuah tube broke, or something else is wrong with my GRC sculpture. What can be done about it?

Are the scrolls in your mezuzot Kosher?

Our scrolls are not written on parchment by a Sofer so they are not Kosher and are sold for display purposes only. If you would like to purchase a Kosher scroll you can likely find one at your local Judaica store or by contacting Chabad who will be glad to supply Kosher scrolls as well as advise on how to hang your mezuzah.

I’m a retail customer, can I order directly from you?

We primarily deal with wholesale accounts whose stores may be found here and who often offer a better price than our suggested retail . If you have a special order which involves very large quantities or a custom piece you may contact us and we may be able to work something out depending on the circumstances.

I have a particular item in mind but I don’t see it on your website, do you still have it?

We try to keep the web catalog up to date as best as we can. If you don’t see an item here, it is most likely discontinued. It is possible that it is an item that we can still make or have a few of left in stock so it can’t hurt to ask, we may be able to help.

Are the colors of glass on the products the same as in the pictures?

The glass color on many of our products will often vary and may be different than what is pictured. If color is an important factor for you please contact us to verify what colors are available for the piece you are interested in and which color you would like to receive. This will ensure that you are not unpleasantly surprised.

How big is (insert item here), do you have a list of sizes?

We are in the process of creating a comprehensive list of the dimensions of all our products. When completed, the sizes will appear on the individual product pages. In the meantime, you may call 301-493-5577 for sizing questions.
