tzedakahsplash

Tzedek means justice in Hebrew, while Tzedakah translates as charity. Pursuing acts of justice is one of the most important obligations of Judaism. A tzedakah box is used to collect monetary charitable contributions. Boxes are frequently found in homes, schools, synagogues, and cemeteries. Traditionally, tzedakah is collected before Shabbat candle lighting and holidays.  The color of the glass may vary.  If you have a specific color request we will do the best to accommodate you.
